Main Character Jiu-Jitsu 2 took place on November 12th, 2023 and the results saw three new champions crowned. There was a pair of titles on the line in superfights and a stacked under 185lbs tournament featuring some of the best grapplers around. There was a number of other superfights throughout the event that produced plenty of action as well, but naturally most of the attention was on the tournament and the two headline matches. Kevin Beuhring emerged victorious in the first title-fight, submitting Oscar de Los Santos and taking home the 170lbs title, while Sophia Cassella won the 125lbs title by beating Jasmine Rocha in EBI overtime.
The 185lbs tournament at Main Character Jiu-Jitsu 2 also produced some fantastic results, with PJ Barch storming through to the final by submitting all three of his opponents leading up to it. He only needed EBI overtime to get the finish once, as his first two matches both ended within the regulation time period. Fellow top 10th Planet competitor Ryan Aitken went through equally tough matches on the other side of the bracket, submitting two of his three opponents after going to EBI overtime twice. Neither man could find the finish in the final but Aitken won the EBI overtime period on ride-time and was crowned the winner of this stacked tournament.
