It’s not often that the Isle of Man plays host to elite Jiu-Jitsu competitors but that’s all about to change with 4 excellent title-fights at Jeceris Invitational 1 on December 6th, 2025. The promotion is clearly aiming to make a big impression right from the start, as they’ve put together an exciting debut event. There’s a full slate of preliminary card matches up first and some great battles on the main card, including a no gi match between top UK competitor Ash Gibson and Ruan Alvarenga. Both men are known for their exciting styles and Alvarenga is one of the best in the world, so that should make for very interesting viewing.
Then the first title-fight of the night is in the women’s lightweight division, and it’s another battle between an international and one of the best in the local area. Zara Di Tofano will be making the trip over from Ireland for the match and although she’d normally be the favorite anywhere in the UK, she’s got a very tough battle ahead of her with ADCC veteran Jasmine Rocha. Next up is another women’s title-fight, but this time in the light-heavyweight division. Two of the best in Europe at that weight will be colliding in a superb matchup, as Salla Simola is coming all the way from Finland to face Nia Blackman for the belt.
The final two title-fights of the night are both between male competitors, starting with a fun match between Ashley Williams and Richy Bukovscan for the featherweight belt. Williams is undoubtedly one of the best in Europe and he’s had repeated success at the highest level, but Bukovscan also has some a few titles to his name. Then in the main event, CJI and ADCC veteran Eoghan O’Flanagan is going to face a very tough challenge for the light-heavyweight title. He will likely have the size advantage but his opponent is Jonnatas Gracie; a man who’s known for his expert guard-passing and tactical mastery.
