Dillon Danis is allegedly in a spot of legal trouble after receiving a ‘Cease and Desist’ from Logan Paul and his legal team, relating to some of the trolling he’s been engaging in recently. It’s hardly unusual for professional fighters to engage in trash talk or to attack one another in social media posts and in the modern era, it’s an expected part of the pre-fight build-up. Given that Danis and Paul are set to meet in a boxing match later this year, a certain amount of animosity was bound to brew as the fight got closer.
Dillon Danis is a good friend and training partner of Conor McGregor too, and he been one of the most prominent trash talkers in combat sports in recent years. Danis has certainly taken after him during the build-up to some of his fights in the past and in fact, McGregor is actually training Danis for his upcoming boxing debut. Danis has wasted no time in building hype for his upcoming fight with Paul and immediately started attacking him on social media, but those attacks have also been targeted at his fiance, Nina Agdal.
Agdal is a Danish model who has dated Leonardo DiCaprio among other famous faces, and Danis has recently been posting images of her with former partners and other celebrities. Alongside this, he’s also shared memes that refer to Paul as a ‘cuck’ and a digitally-altered image showing Danis with Agdal. The implication that Dillon Danis is making is clear and this is apparently the subject of the alleged ‘Cease and Desist’ he’s received from Logan Paul and his legal team. Danis has addressed this in a series of tweets too:
“This is me walking a thin line. Imagine I had full freedom; Logan is really ruining this fight build-up for the fans.”
“For anyone saying i’m sl*t shaming wtf you talking about i love sl*ts”
“I’m suggesting 12 rounds in the ring to test if you can silence me like a man, but you’re staying quiet. Instead, you’re crying to the promoters and issuing cease and desist letters p*ssy.”
