Who’s Number One 28 took place on June 13th, 2025 and the promotion put together a great night of results, despite some last-minute changes to the card. The second title-fight between Felipe Pena and Luke Griffith was cancelled on short notice, but the event still went ahead with several excellent matches. Things started off well with the preliminary card, as Icaro Moreno and Pablo Rosales both got the finish with different variations of the head and arm choke. After a decision win by Carson Quinene, Rana Willink and Saul Viayra took fans into the main card with another pair of submission wins.

10th Planet veteran Kyle Chambers got the first win of the main card by decision but things picked up speed again immediately after that. Declan Moody locked up a quick heel hook to submit Fellipe Andrew, and the only women on the main card ended their match in a similar fashion next. It was Paige Ivette who got the submission win against Kauane Ramos, before the night ended with three more decisions in a row. Dory Aoun put up a great fight in his short-notice match with Lucas ‘Hulk’ Barbosa, but Barbosa had several rear-naked choke attempts that won him the decision in the end.

The co-main event saw a huge upset in a match between two legends of the sport, as Kit Dale controlled pretty much all of his battle with Xande Ribeiro. Dale landed several takedowns and employed heavy passing throughout, never really giving Ribeiro a chance to get his game going at all. Then in the main event, Mica Galvao moved up to middleweight to face Jonnatas Gracie for his second WNO title. Galvao won a convincing decision and became just the second person to hold two of the promotion’s belts at once, after Diego ‘Pato’ Oliveira won his second title at the beginning of last year.
