ADXC 5 will take place on August 2nd, 2024 and the promotion has just finished revealing an amazing card featuring some of the best grapplers in the world alongside MMA legends. The promotion announced the twin main events a little while ago, with Urijah Faber facing Bibiano Fernandes in a no gi match and Rayron Gracie meeting Marcos Carrozzino in the gi. The set of two co-main event matches were announced at the same time and they were equally impressive, as Pedro Ramalho meets Max Lindblad in the gi and UFC veterans Kevin Lee and Chad Mendes will be facing one another in a no gi match.
The rest of the main card soon followed and it is full of entertaining matches, particularly one of the gi matches between Felipe Bezerra and Vladimir Blium. There’s quite a surprising no gi match taking place in the middle of the main card as well, as AJ Agazarm will be making an appearance against fellow ADCC veteran Ruan Alvarenga. The opening match also features Jonnatas Gracie, and he will be taking on a very tough challenge from Burak Sarman. There’s another two matches filling out the main card and five preliminary card matches leading into it, so all in all it will be a night filled with high-level grappling.
