Main Character Jiu-Jitsu 4 took place on June 23rd, 2024 and three new champions were crowned after a night full of exciting results. The most impressive performance came from Natasha Druggan, who actually had to earn her title-shot in an open tournament on the previous day. She won 3 matches in a very tough bracket featuring some top competitors before even stepping on the mats to challenge Sophia Cassella, and she was able to get the submission finish there too. With 3 submissions in 4 wins over the weekend, Druggan became the promotion’s new flyweight champion and announced her arrival at the top of her weight class.
Next up was top prospect Helena Crevar, who continued her journey to becoming one of the best in the world by adding another title to her collection. She submitted Isabella Clark very quickly in the co-main event, taking home the promotion’s featherweight title as a result. The main event was a great matchup between Jozef Chen and Andy Varela, where Chen was able to win on points in overtime to become the welterweight champion. There was also a fun team battle between B-Team Jiu-Jitsu and 10th Planet Las Vegas on the card, where B-Team was able to come out on top in the end.
