Jiu-Jitsu Overdose 2024 is going to be one of the biggest events in the professional grappling calendar this year, as it features events by 4 different major promotions all taking place between December 11th and 16th, 2024. The experience is being put together by Eddie Bravo and his team, who will be bringing together all of the professional grappling promotions under their umbrella for a collaborative project for the very first time. Not only will it include an edition of EBI and the Combat Jiu-Jitsu World Championship, but there will also be a Medusa event and a Combat Jiu-Jitsu Mexico event as well.
This means that there will be dozens of elite grapplers taking to the mats over the course of 4 days and for those lucky enough to attend in person, more high-level grappling than they’ve probably ever watched in one week before. Jiu-Jitsu Overdose 2024 will also include a number of seminars for the 150 people who will be attending, with Bravo taking one alongside a number of other top 10th Planet figures. Victor Davila and Curtis Hembroff will both be teaching a class, as will popular competitors Richie Martinez and Geo Martinez. The final seminar will then be led by Bravo’s own coach and the man who gave him his black belt, BJJ legend Jean Jacques Machado.
There’s going to be a lot crammed in to such a short space of time and plenty for BJJ fans to enjoy, but luckily those who won’t be able to get a ticket can still enjoy the events too. All four of the events taking place at Jiu-Jitsu Overdose 2024 are going to be streamed live on UFC Fight Pass, meaning that there will be non-stop events available for everyone to watch from December 12th to 15th, 2024.
