Grapplefest 18 took place on March 2nd, 2024 and the results included some of the best grapplers from all around the world. After several exciting matches on the preliminary card and main card, the promotion started to build up towards the three title-fights that would finish the night. Before they took place, Helena Crevar made her debut appearance for a European promotion against Injana Goodman and the match by submission. The first one of them saw Adele Fornarino putting the under 60kg belt on the line against Fiona Mortell, and she won the match by decision to retain her title.
The co-main event featured Crevar’s teammate Luke Griffith defending his under 105kg title against Paul Lukowski, and he managed to finish his match in the same fashion too. The main event was originally supposed to be a title-fight between top contenders Keith Krikorian and Gabriel Sousa but after Sousa withdrew on short notice, Dominic Mejia stepped in to replace him. In the end it was a classic performance from Keith Krikorian, and he managed to win the decision in order to keep his under 70kg title.
