The full lineups for all sixteen teams taking part in Subversiv 4 has just been announced and there are some truly fantastic teams competing for $10,000 in cash prizes. Normally, the stacked team grappling competition is only held once every year but will break tradition after the third event already took place earlier in 2020. This one will take place on Halloween and features potentially the best lineup that Subversiv has ever managed to put together, with elite teams representing the likes of ATOS, Gracie Barra, Fightsports and 10th Planet.
The event sees sixteen teams of three grapplers competing in a no gi knockout tournament where every match will be a best-of-three setup across a lighter male, a heavier male, and a female match. Gabriel Almeida, Aaron “Tex” Johnson, and Fellipe Trovo are among a handful of names who will be returning to represent their gyms once again this year, but the majority of competitors are new to the format.
