Fury Pro Grappling 13 is scheduled for May 23rd, 2025 and the promotion has announced several exciting superfights and a women’s under 125lbs tournament for the card. One of the biggest matchups features former UFC world champion Chris Weidman and expert wrestler Pat Downey, but there’s plenty more outside of that. Weidman won’t be the only familiar face for fans of the world’s biggest MMA promotion as well, as Patrick Sabatini and Joe Solecki will be battling it out for the Fury welterweight title. There’s another title on the line too, as the promotion will be crowning either Edwin ‘Junny’ Ocasio or Kevin Dantzler as their bantamweight champion.

Daishi Goto will be facing Devhonte Johnson in another battle between elite no gi contenders, while veteran competitors Pete Shoemaker and Zach Maslany are also going to put on a show. Andrew Kochel and Amanda Mazza are two other popular grapplers who will be taking to the mats, and they are up against Cody Jones and Taylor Clarke respectively. Although there’s more than a dozen other matches booked for the Fury Pro Grappling 13 card, most of the attention will be on the women’s under 125lbs tournament. Four exciting female grapplers will be facing off with a $5,000 grand prize on the line for whoever can win both of their matches.

ATOS black belt Amanda Bruse stands out as the early favorite in the four-woman bracket, but all of her potential opponents present a difficult challenge. Cindy Ung is always tough to beat and she has only been getting better in recent years, while the other two women are incredibly talented young prospects. 19 year-old Trinity Pun has been on the radar as a rising contender for quite some time and her relatively recent decision to move to New Wave Jiu-Jitsu has only been good for her. Taylor Hishaw is even younger and she burst on to the scene recently with some fantastic performances, making her one to watch here.

The full Fury Pro Grappling 13 card, including the above superfights and tournament, is available to watch live on March 23rd, 2025 on UFC Fight Pass.
