With most of the duels for its second edition already revealed, the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship still has a few aces up its sleeve, and now the time has come to reveal yet another one. On January 19th, Yara Kakish and Emily Ferreira will make their way to the UAE’s Mubadala Arena, stepping onto the ADXC cage for an explosive Jiu-Jitsu bout in the preliminary card.
Coming from Jordan straight to the ADXC cage, Yara Kakish will bring the well-rounded toolset that made her a household name in the AJP. After interviewing in the tournament’s first edition, Yara decided to trade the mic for her familiar gi and will be ready to fight for glory on the organization’s battlefield. It is worth to know that Yara is one of the best Arabic players in the brown/black divisions of AJP. Meanwhile, the American Emily Ferreira makes her debut in the ADXC and has her sights set on victory. A black belt and coach at Bastos Jiu-Jitsu, under the tutelage of Bruno Bastos himself, Emily has achieved a silver medal in the ADWPJJC and will use her technical insight and experience as a competitor to try and gain the upper hand in the merciless ADXC cage.
The second edition of the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship will land at the Mubadala Arena, in the UAE, on January 19th. Headlined by a Grappling Main Event between Aljamain Sterling and Chase Hooper, the ADXC 2 will also bring 13 other explosive matches to make up its card.
