Read moreTeam grappling is a relatively new concept that has quickly become one of the most popular versions of competitive Jiu-Jitsu. There are many different rulesets that have been created to allow teams of grapplers to compete against one another, to varying degrees of success. The Quintet format is among the most popular and widely-used versions of the team format, where two teams of five grapplers compete in sequential winner-stays-on matches. As time has gone on, more and more rulesets have been developed to allow grapplers to group together in competition.
