Spokane Submission Series 4 took place on March 1st, 2025 and it was another night of exciting matches in the promotion’s pit. The card underwent a few changes after some competitors had to pull out, but it was still just as stacked as originally planned. One of the very first matches of the night produced one of the best finishes, as top purple belt prospect Rana Willink hit a slick heel hook to get the win. She wasn’t the only one of course, and Brendan Bane actually registered the quickest finish of the night with a heel hook in the very next match.

Fedor Nikolov delivered a great performance as well, as he stayed true to his 10th Planet roots and locked up a dead orchard to get the finish in his match. Later on in the night, the promotion also played host to legendary BJJ filmmaker Stuart Cooper as well. Cooper also got the win in his match, displaying some solid passing before eventually getting the finish with a short choke from the back. These were all no gi matches but one of the most interesting things about Spokane Submission Series is that they actually became the first promotion to hold gi matches in the pit during their last event.

They continued that trend here and in fact, some of the most entertaining matches of the night took place in the gi. Jaine Fragoso won a decision over Sarah Paul in an exciting battle, while Aaron Tiegs pulled off a huge win by triangle choke in his match with Joao Nicolite. Straight after that was the co-main event and final gi match of the night, where Carlos Tassone earned the decision win in a tough match with Diego Ramalho. It was back in no gi for the main event, where Ryan Mulvihill outscored Gustavo Bessa to win 5-0 on points.
