Kairos Pro Jiu-Jitsu 3 took place on November 16th, 2025 and the men competing took full advantage of their first opportunity on the show by delivering some amazing performances. The ten under 66kg competitors were split into two groups for a round- robin tournament where the two winners would face each other in the final. Young purple belt Isa Rahman did very well on his side of the bracket, submitting two of his opponents and beating the other two on points. Considering two of the men he faced were black belts, it was a remarkable showing and Rahman came into the final with a ton of momentum.
The other group was won by the only man who already had experience winning at Kairos, Daniel De Groot. De Groot took part in the first men’s match at Kairos Pro Jiu-Jitsu 2 and he was aleays going to be one of the favorites on his return. De Groot had one close match with Rhys Price that he won on points, but he submitted his other three opponents with leglocks. He continued that form into the final too, locking up a tight ankle-lock at a brutal angle against Rahman. Although he tried to escape, De Groot got the tap in the end and left Kairos 2 with the £2,500 grand prize that everyone fought so hard for.
