The AIGA Champions League Final is scheduled for December 13th and 14th, 2023, and now the full lineups for each of the four teams have been confirmed. Mo Jassim announced the ten elite grapplers who will be representing Team Modolfo previously, but now the other three teams have also been finalized. The winners of the second season of AIGA Champions League will be crowned at the event, and all four teams have earned the right to compete for the title by placing in the top two of their quarter-finals. Battle Force and Acai Republic qualified in the first quarter-final, while Universal Fighters qualified alongside Team Modolfo at the second event.
Although the teams all enjoyed success in their first run earlier on in the year, they all lost a few individual matches during the journey to the final as well. Each of the teams have been allowed to change their lineups during the break between the quarter-finals and the AIGA Champions League Final, so it’s interesting to see how some of them have adapted to their earlier performances. Each team has between 8 and 11 grapplers representing them, competing in one of seven different weight classes.
