Finishers: Summer Bash 3 is scheduled for July 20th, 2024 and the full card has just been announced, including the 155lbs Who’s Number One qualifier tournament that will take place. This will actually be the second time that the promotion has been able to offer a spot on an upcoming WNO event to a tournament-winner, as they first did it back at their 14th Open event last year. That first edition was a resounding success and not only was it an entertaining tournament but the eventual winner, Evan Leve, gave a great account of himself and won his match at WNO 23. Now another man will get the same opportunity, but he’ll have to make it through another incredibly tough bracket to take advantage of it.
With 27 competitors in the 155lbs tournament, the eventual winner will have to beat 4 or 5 tough opponents on the same day. There are some early favorites to win like veteran competitor Julian Espinosa and top European talent Jack Sear, but the bracket is almost impossible to predict. One of the most exciting prospects around, Sid Tavolaro, is also going to be one to watch; as is Bobby Sandhu. There will also be a number of superfights on the card as well, featuring some of the top grapplers in the area like Steve Joachim and Amanda Mazza.
