Finishers: Apex took place on January 18th, 2025 and the promotion delivered some great results across all four of the event’s title-fights. It was obvious as soon as the full card was announced that it was going to be an action-packed night, and almost every match was won by submission. All six of the matches leading up to the title-fights ended in a finish and the quickest one came from Nick Krasnavage, as he fired off a rapid choi bar inside the first minute to get the win. Kevin Dantzler also had a standout performance, fighting his way through leg entanglements in order to hit a slick counter Toehold.
Immediately after Dantzler’s finish, Kate Egan hit a slick kneebar to take home the interim featherweight title and book a place opposite Molli Zborowski in the future. That led into the first decision of the night, as Jordan Juliano earned the nod from the judges to win the welterweight title. Matt Masch was the next new champion, and he got the final finish of the night by armbar to win the lightweight title in the co-main event. The main event was the only time a new champion wasn’t crowned, as Pat Shahgholi defended his title once again with a split decision win over Connor Dixon after a very close match.
