Subversiv: Fight Club 0 is scheduled for November 22nd, 2024 and the promotion has put together a card full of entertaining matchups. There is a handful of Combat Jiu-Jitsu matches that will be headlining the event and there’s also plenty of no gi matches taking place earlier in the night. One of the most interesting CJJ matches of the night actually features multiple-time CJJ world championship veteran Geoff Real, and he will be facing off against 10th Planet competitor Jordan Wirth at lightweight. It should be a good clash of styles with plenty of action for the fans, and there’s several other matches worth paying attention to as well.
The main event is actually a rematch between Nicholas Hurtado and Javier Garcia, as the pair competed against one another at the last Subversiv event earlier this year. There was controversy when the referee believed that Garcia had tapped to a triangle armbar and stopped the match, and they were unable to come to an agreement on how to reset the action. Now that they’re going to run it back, both men will be happy to bring the match to a conclusion once and for all. They aren’t the only grapplers with experience at Subversiv either, as several promotional veterans are competing alongside newcomers here.
