Majestic BJJ Challenge 6 is scheduled for November 2nd, 2025, and the Brazilian promotion is continuing to make waves with some exciting superfights. With all of their events taking place in Manaus, they have a direct line to some of the best talent in the country and they clearly use it well. Every event attracts a good mixture of rising stars and veteran black belts, with star-studded main event matchups headlining. This time around they’ve put together three high-profile matches; starting off with a really exciting battle between Talison Silva and one of the top contenders in this weight class, Felipe Machado.
The next matchup announced is a huge battle between two of the best lightweight competitors in the world, Fabricio Andrey and Gabriel Sousa. Both men have made a name for themselves as well-rounded grapplers who can put on a fast pace to break their opponents, so it’ll be interesting to see how they fare against each other. Andrey has a little bit of an advantage in standing grappling thanks to his incredible Judo, but Sousa is probably a slightly better passer. Then when it comes to playing guard, both of them can create offense from a range of different positions and will pose a constant threat.
Then the latest of the elite superfights announced for Majestic BJJ Challenge 6 features two South American ADCC Trials winners. Isaque Bahiense is a consistent threat in the under 88kg division there every time he enters, and that’s usually down to his incredible guard-passing. He will be facing off against Luiz Paulo, and Bahiense had already won an IBJJF World Championship by the time Paulo began competing at black belt. Paulo has established himself as a top contender in the years since then though, and he might even be happy to play guard given that it’s usually one of his strongest positions.
