Craig Jones has just publicly released the footage of Nathalia Santoro being placed under arrest on the official B-Team Jiu-Jitsu YouTube channel, which he solely operates now. Santoro is a fellow Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and the wife of Jones’ biggest rival, Gordon Ryan, so it’s not surprising that there’s no love lost between them. Jones and Ryan have shared the mats with each other several times over the course of their careers, and Ryan has won every one. All of their interactions in the last few years have been on social media though, and that is where Jones has always shined.
The incident took place on October 16th, 2025 and she was only caught after a high-speed pursuit. According to affidavits filed in Travis County, Texas, it all began when an officer attempted to stop a green Porsche SUV that was driving without license plates in North Austin. The vehicle did not yield and this led to a pursuit that spanned roughly 15 miles and was conducted at speeds exceeding 120 mph. Officers did eventually manage to stop the vehicle by using ‘low-speed interventions’ and this is when the footage that Jones has released begins. The officer’s vehicle can be seen making contact with the Porsche and one of them is shouting ‘get out of the f***ing car!’.
When Santoro is seen outside of the vehicle, the officers start asking her questions and she refuses to answer several of them. When she’s asked directly why she didn’t stop, she responds by saying that “it’s because I just like to drive fast.” Then when an officer starts to explain that they saw her swerving around while driving, she issues a similar response: “Yes, I have a f***ing nice car and I drive fast.” After a field sobriety test, Santoro is then placed under arrest for DWI and Evading a Motor Vehicle. The footage then continues by showing Santoro in the back of a police car and back at the station.
