Polaris Squads is back as the reigning no gi champions Team USA will be taking on promotional newcomers Team Brazil at Polaris Squads 4. The promotion has decided to make a return to this format after spending several months putting together cards full of superfights, most recently Polaris 19. The exciting team grappling format has been a resounding success for the UK-based promotion as their unique ruleset encourages plenty of action over the eighty minute time-period. The first two events saw Team UK & Ireland take on Team Europe firstly in no gi and then secondly in the gi, with the two teams splitting the victories between them.

The third event then saw the debut of Team USA as they took on Team UK & Ireland in a no gi competiton and some of the biggest stars from the states like Geo Martinez, Nathan Orchard, and Roberto Jimenez all put on fantastic performances. Now, Team Brazil will be making their first appearance at Polaris Squads 4 as they attempt to take the no gi title from Team USA in what is almost certain to be an exciting night of non-stop action. As of yet there is no news on who will be representing Brazil at the event, or if Team USA will look exactly the same as it did at the previous event. There will also be superfights at the event, as is customary for Polaris Squads.

The full play-by-play and live results for the first Polaris Squads can be found here, along with the full play-by-play and live results for the second Polaris Squads event here, and the full play-by-play and live results for Polaris Squads 3 can be found here. Rest assured, we’ll be on hand again to provide the same for Polaris Squads 4 when Team USA take on Team Brazil.

The full Polaris Squads 4 event will be available to watch live on June 25th on UFC FightPass, click here to subscribe and watch.
