Felipe Pena is one of the most successful BJJ competitors of all time and has won several major accolades in the sport. Pena is often known by his nickname Preguica, which is Portuguese for sloth, and started training Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 14. He represented Gracie Barra during his career and was eventually promoted to BJJ black belt in 2012. Since then, Pena has managed to win both ADCC and IBJJF world championships and has defeated a number of top competitors across a variety of rulesets. He owns wins over some incredibly notable names like Gordon Ryan, Marcus ‘Buchecha’ Almeida, and Nicky Rodriguez.
