Georges St-Pierre is still incredibly active in the MMA and BJJ community despite having retired from the sport that he once ruled over with an iron fist, alongside his recent foray into movies and TV as well. Despite the fact that St-Pierre has only fought once in the last eight years and is approaching his fortieth birthday, he still manages to be a name on the lips of several high-profile MMA fighters and BJJ champions. It’s the combination of his incredible legacy as one of the greatest UFC World Champions of all time and his budding film career that manages to keep him in the spotlight even today.

St-Pierre hasn’t had many high-profile roles just yet, but he has made an appearance in two huge franchises to date. His first role was only a few minutes long early on in Captain America: The Winter Soldier where he played a comic-book villain, Batroc the Leaper. Shortly after that he starred in one of many Kickboxer films, Kickboxer: Vengeance, and he has just recently reprised his role as Batroc the Leaper in the short series, the Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Combining both of his most-famous careers in one, he recently took part in a video posted on the official YouTube Channel of GQ Sports where he decided to break down some of the most famous BJJ and MMA scenes that have been seen on film. Here, Georges St-Pierre talks through several different movies like Warrior, John Wick Chapter 2, and Redbelt.
