I like to obviously avoid carbs later in the day and I do a daily 20 min run. For me that usually helps me shed off the excess pounds.

Epsom sale bath the night before but not for too long and some water before bed to help from getting dehydrated. I usually start my morning with a small glass of water and put on sweats and go for a short run. I like to shadow box real light in five 3-5 minute rounds because its a light and easy exercise and stretch for about a minute in between, (your body tends to sweat more during your rest periods so go in intervals). If you feel like you need to eat I usually take protein and add a small amount of water until its about the consistency of pudding to hold you over for the day. I don’t do a very serious cut. The most ill usually cut is 5-7lbs the week leading up to the fight or the tourney. I always feel like the small guy.
