I’m curious…little is known about the nutritional value of shrimp. And all I find on google is “you can lose weight if you eat them in moderation”...but does that work for BJJ weight cutting? I dunno…and are they full of nutrients or is it just blank blah?

What does your daily diet usually consist of when not cutting weight? Also include your age, height and weight.

Im 5-10 160-165 and 23

Heres mine…
Keep in mind my snacks are small just to keep the metabolism going. I tend to start every morning about 6am with all my vitamins, a bottle of water and either a banana, orange, apple or some type of fruit. On weekends when I have time in the mornings I tend to make a lot of omelets with a ton of vegetables. I like to snack on unsalted almonds or a yogurt and maybe another piece of fruit around 9ish. I eat lunch around 1130-12ish and ill make a salad with lots of veggies, chicken or tuna. For a snack about an hour or two after lunch Im big fan of carrots, cucumbers, peppers or celery with hummus. When I get home from work ill snack on some unsalted nuts, salmon, tuna, maybe some peanut butter toast with a banana sliced up on it hehe. For dinner I eat a lot of chicken breast, green beans, asparagus and other veggies. I usually finish off the night with a small snack to keep the metabolism going through the night and for that I usually choose a piece of fruit or some raw spinach. Let me know your thoughts. Any advise would be much appreciated.

I like to obviously avoid carbs later in the day and I do a daily 20 min run. For me that usually helps me shed off the excess pounds.

Just read the article on that stuff, seems like some potent stuff. Anyone know anymore about this? If it’s all natural and as potent as all that whey isolate then whats the daily intake to make the switch? Like for one scoop of protein, is it one scoop of that stuff in powder form????

I’ve been drinking this like crazy. It has a funky taste (kind of like its mixed with baking soda - an after taste) but you can forget about heartburn and it balances out the pH levels in your body, Gracie Diet styles. It’s from Georgia.

Anyone else try this stuff?
